1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "897ph," "we," "us," "our" refers to the 897ph online gaming platform and its operating entity.
• "Platform" refers to the 897ph website, mobile-optimized site, and all associated services accessible at 897ph.net.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 897ph Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by you on the 897ph Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in your 897ph Account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or non-cash incentives credited to your Account by 897ph.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by 897ph and applicable regulations.
• "Applicable Law" refers to all laws, regulations, and regulatory guidelines applicable to online gaming in the Philippines, including those issued by PAGCOR.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 897ph Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 897ph Platform and close your Account if one has been created.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the 897ph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during use of the Platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 897ph or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed by a regulatory authority.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You have not previously had an 897ph Account suspended or permanently closed for violations of these Terms & Conditions.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on 897ph, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active Account on the 897ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account suspension.
• KYC Verification: 897ph may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in Account restrictions.
• Account Ownership: Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account.
• Minors: If 897ph has reason to believe that a minor has registered an Account, that Account will be immediately suspended and all transactions will be reversed to the extent possible.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify 897ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach involving your credentials.
• 897ph will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 897ph requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.
• 897ph shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available in your Account security settings.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

897ph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the 897ph Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. 897ph reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory identity verification.
• Currency: All transactions on the 897ph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your 897ph Account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Deposit Method Matching: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to operational requirements.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

897ph offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 897ph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: 897ph actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, and coordinated play between accounts. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will be suspended and bonus funds forfeited.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Modification and Withdrawal: 897ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to players who have accepted a bonus in good faith.

8 Gaming Rules

All games available on the 897ph Platform are governed by the rules of the respective game provider, in addition to these Terms & Conditions. The following general gaming rules apply across all products:

• Random Number Generators: All slot games and non-live table games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed game providers. Game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Technical disconnections during a live game round will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's disconnection policy.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. 897ph reserves the right to impose additional bet limits on individual accounts.
• Malfunction: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault, 897ph reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the player's Account. No further compensation will be payable in respect of a malfunction.
• Disputed Results: In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the records maintained by 897ph's gaming systems shall be the definitive record. Players may submit disputes to our support team within 72 hours of the relevant game round.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 897ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or using false identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other player-versus-player formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to 897ph immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to process funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 897ph staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel on the Platform.
• Attempting to access another player's Account without authorization.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or misrepresent your location.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after wagering the deposited funds.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 897ph Platform, including but not limited to the 897ph brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of 897ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 897ph.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Use the 897ph brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means.

Any unauthorized use of 897ph's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions are reserved by 897ph.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, 897ph's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of real-money funds held in your Account Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

897ph shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including game odds, promotional terms, or any other content.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 897ph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.

12 Responsible Gaming

897ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 897ph Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13 Termination & Suspension

897ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from your payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Your request for self-exclusion or Account closure.

Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any Bonus Funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC and any applicable withdrawal processing times.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 897ph's customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 897ph informally by contacting our customer support team. 897ph will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent court in the Philippines.

15 Amendments to These Terms

897ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 897ph will notify registered users via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Amended Terms & Conditions will take effect 7 days after the date of notification, except where changes are required by law or regulatory directive, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the 897ph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
